Professional installation is a key part of ensuring your pergola performs as designed. Our experienced installation teams manage the process from delivery to final fit, with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Every installation is planned in advance to ensure a smooth experience and a high-quality result.
Before Installation Day
Prior to installation, the installation date and time will be pre-agreed with you. A member of our team will contact you in advance to confirm details, answer any questions, and ensure everything is prepared for the scheduled visit.
To avoid delays, please ensure the following requirements are met before our team arrives:
Installation Requirements
- A level concrete base fully cured and ready for installation
- If power is required, a suitable electrical supply available and accessible on site
- Clear and unrestricted access to the installation area for materials and equipment
What Happens on Installation Day?
On the agreed installation date, our operatives will arrive with your pergola system and all required components.
The team will
- Review the site and confirm positioning
- Safely unload materials and equipment
- Complete the installation in line with the agreed specification
- Carry out final checks to ensure proper operation
Installation times vary depending on system size and configuration, but this will be discussed and outlined with you in advance so you know what to expect.
Once installation is complete, the team will ensure the area is left tidy and the system is ready for use.
Access, Delays & Rescheduling
It’s important that all installation requirements are met on the day. If our team is unable to proceed due to circumstances outside of our control, the installation may need to be rescheduled.
This can include, but is not limited to
- An incomplete or uneven concrete base
- Restricted or unsafe access to the installation area
- Power supply not available where required
- Site conditions that differ from what was agreed
- Delays caused by third parties, HOA restrictions, or permitting issues
Where installation cannot proceed for reasons not attributable to us, a return visit and reinstallation may be chargeable at the applicable installation rate.
